Welcome to Sunny St. George, Utah!

Our spacious 1830 square foot 2-level penthouse condo sleeps up to eight guests. There are two full bathrooms upstairs, and a half-bath on the main level. The large master bathroom boasts an oversized garden tub. We also have a fold-up crib and a high chair for our tiniest guests. Our large patio has a beautiful view of the adult pool and the tennis courts. It's a great place to relax after a day of golfing, mountain biking, sightseeing in one of the many nearby national parks, shopping at the outlet mall, or a day at the Green Valley Spa or one of the other nearby day spas. There is something for everyone here!

Our newly remodeled two-level condo is located the Sports Village development in the beautiful Green Valley area of St. George, Utah. We are only minutes away from 13 area golf courses and right next door to the renown Green Valley Spa. Included in your stay is access to all the amenities of Sports Village:

Comfortable leather couches in the front room with two sliding doors out to the large patio.

The two bedrooms are located on the quiet upper level of our unit. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with carved wooden furniture. The comfortable queen bed has elegant linens and a great view of the flat screen TV/DVD player mounted above the dresser.
The second bedroom also has a flat screen TV/DVD player, and a lovely queensized sleighbed complete with beautiful linens.
The loft area, adjacent to the bedrooms, is furnished with a futon couch that folds out into a double bed. The loft is also complete with games, books to read, and another TV/DVD player.
Tucked away in a convenient closet downstairs in the main living area there are two twin-sized roll-away beds. We also have a fold-up crib available for our smallest guests.
